Michael Houston
Michael is a marketing doctoral student at The University of Memphis. Prior to entering the program, Michael served as technical support manager at the University of Memphis in the Fogelman College of Business and Economics. In this role, he managed all classroom computer and AV technologies as well as faculty and staff devices. Prior to joining the University of Memphis, Michael worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at FedEx for 12 years. Michael enjoys music and movies during his free time.

Jonathan R. Gilbert
Jonathan is a seasoned turnaround manager and AMA certified marketing professional with a proven track record for developing and implementing performance improvement plans under adverse conditions. He has worked in a variety of advisory roles for Fortune 1000 clients, nonprofit organizations, and local government agencies throughout the U.S. His responsibilities included the creation, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for over 75 clients including Southwest Airlines, Comcast, Domino’s Pizza, Ocean Spray, USA Networks, and Pepsi.
